Terms and conditions for using the itoJob service.
By using itoJob, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping their own accounts confidential.
2. Job Vacancy Content
Companies are fully responsible for the accuracy of their job vacancy information. Vacancies must not contain fraud, discrimination, or hate speech based on ethnicity, religion, race, or group (SARA), and must not ask applicants for any fees.
3. Package Payments
Job posting packages that have been paid for and activated are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.
4. Moderation
We reserve the right to reject, deactivate, or delete any content or account that violates these terms without prior notice.
5. Company Registration & Verification
Companies registering on itoJob must provide accurate, verifiable information. There are two company verification levels:

| Verified UMKM / Startup | Founder's ID card (KTP), tax ID (NPWP), business ID (NIB OSS), active social media/portfolio links. | Limited posting quota; manual review by the curation team before a job goes live. |
| Verified Corporate (blue check badge) | Official business ID (NIB), corporate tax ID (NPWP Badan), corporate domain email, Ministry of Law decree (SK Kemenkumham), office phone verification. | Full job posting access and placement in priority search results. |
- Unverified companies can still post jobs but are treated as UMKM / Startup: every job is reviewed by an admin and the number of active jobs is limited.
- Documents are uploaded from the Company Verification menu in the employer dashboard and can only be accessed by the itoJob review team.
- itoJob may reject an application, downgrade, or revoke a verification status if the information proves false or outdated, or if job postings violate these terms.
- A verification status does not relieve the company of responsibility for the accuracy of its job postings.
6. Changes to These Terms
These terms & conditions may be updated at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
